Refinancing Deal: A Look at AMC’s Debt Extentsion  
AMC Theaters has restructured part of its $4.5 billion debt, extending $1.6 billion of it from 2026 to 2029 and planning to repurchase up to $800 million in existing debt. The company will use around 175 domestic theaters and intellectual property as collateral for the debt exchange.

**Q2 2024 Recap: Growth and Declines in the Music Industry**  
Universal Music Group reported $3.2 billion in Q2 2024 revenue, an 8.7% increase year-over-year. Despite growth in recorded music subscriptions (6.5%) and physical sales (9.5%), streaming revenue saw a slight decline.
