Investment in Spain: Production Yields €1.8 Billion
A report by Olsberg SPI shows that from 2019 to 2022, international film and TV productions invested €1.3 billion in Spain, generating €1.8 billion in gross value added and thousands of jobs. After a dip in 2020 due to COVID-19, production spending and volumes rebounded by 2022, exceeding pre-pandemic levels.
