We’re thrilled to introduce a range of enhancements launched in the last quarter. These updates are designed to expedite your workflows and provide a smoother, more intuitive experience on our platform.

Greater control over your payroll management, reporting, and invoice processing is here. We’ve made enhancements to make your life easier. 

Here’s what’s new: 

## ⬤ Faster, more efficient workflows

Redesigned New Account and Direct Deposit Setup: Set up your MyCast&Crew account and direct deposit more quickly, with a secure, streamlined process that makes every step easier and more intuitive 

**International Onboarding and Timekeeping: **Get your Los Angeles-based crew onboarded and paid quickly on international projects, while simplified timekeeping saves you time with easy in-and-out entry and seamless integration with global agreements

**Expanded Loan-Out Options: **Set up your business more easily and ensure accurate tax filing, with simplified loan-out options

**Quick Swap Rejected Offers: **Save time and keep your schedule on track by replacing rejected offers instantly with the new “Swap” button on your Weekly Timecard

New “Accounting Data” Picklist: Navigate your accounting data quickly with a new organized and intuitive “Accounting Data” picklist in Reporting+, providing a cleaner data library.

## ⬤ Greater control and accuracy

Self-Service Approval Workflows and Departments: Give trusted users more control with “Workflow Admin” permissions in Hours+, letting them easily create and manage approval workflows, departments, and invoice templates for smoother project management

**Enable International Flat Deals for Your Projects:** Avoid extra steps when applying international flat deals to your project instantly using the new Project Onboarding setting in Start+

**Studio+ Auditing: **Make auditing faster, clearer, and more transparent by accessing all coordinator and invoice approver comments, along with any attached documents, directly in Edit Report PDFs

New Trial Balance (Cross-Project) Report: Easily spot discrepancies in your books with the new Trial Balance PSL+ report in Reporting+, providing a point-in-time snapshot of ending balances for your accounts

**Updated DGA Timecard Calculations:** Simplify your workflow and ensure accurate pension calculations automatically, as DGA timecards now calculate 1 unit per day

**Gender Options for Canadian Profiles: **Give Canadian crew members full control over how their information is represented, with an optional field to specify gender—including non-binary—when registering or updating a profile
