Everyone affected by COVID-19 is in our thoughts as we work through this uncertain time together.
As you have probably heard, both New York and California have enacted statewide safer-at-home mandates that close non-essential businesses. Additional shelter-in-place orders and restrictions are being enacted across the United States and around the world. Since early in the week, many Cast & Crew and CAPS employees have been productively working from home and will continue to do so until further notice. However, we do provide an essential financial service and for this reason necessary employees will still report to our offices under increased safety and hygiene protocols.
Our top priority is to keep employees healthy and safe while also doing everything possible to maintain a consistent level of service to our valued clients and the production workers we serve.
In response to this crisis, we activated our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) three weeks ago. Our BCP was designed to allow us to continue to service our clients across all our locations in the face of multiple scenarios that could impact our operations. And as a result, yes, we will continue to process payroll and deliver payroll to our customers and employees as we work through this international health crisis.
We will also continue to adjust for and respond to the changes that are affecting our world and our industry. We are united in our global struggle to contain the COVID-19 virus, and we are all committed to doing our part to keep our colleagues, friends, and families well wherever they may live.
While we are actively monitoring the situation, we will also stay in touch and communicate with you in the coming days. Until then, be safe, stay healthy and we thank you for your continued support as we navigate this difficult time in our community.
Sincerely,
Eric Belcher
