On Aug. 30, 2018, the County of Los Angeles Fire Department issued a memo noting an increase to the Fire Safety Personnel rates. Please see below for recent rate change.

Fire Safety Officers (FSO) rate:
- The prior rate of $166.24 per hour increased to $172.15 per hour as of Aug. 29, 2018 (with a four-hour minimum).
