MyCast&Crew empowers crew members to manage their own digital profiles and information in a centralized place. Your account is always accessible, even if you’re in between productions. With MyCast&Crew, you can:
- Use it as a single sign-on location for all digital products
- Access completed digital starts, pay stubs and W-2s, and more
- Update addresses, direct deposit, federal and state W-4 forms, and employee profile
- Securely store personal profile documents with My Files (box rental inventory, cell phone reimbursement, etc.) and easily link to Start+ offers
Safe and Improved Login Process
Securing sensitive crew data is our utmost priority. We use Okta multi-factor authentication (MFA) to authenticate your login information and provide the highest standard of security and encryption to safeguard personal information. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the login experience, we have recently made several improvements:
- Text and Voice Password Recovery gives you the option to receive a text or voice call with a code, for easier, self-service password resets
- Extended expiration of product invite and password reset links
- Our electronic signatures follow all applicable e-signature laws and are considered valid legal agreements in the United States
