A Digital Product Suite That Powers a Remote Workflow

Our customer, HBO's production of The Righteous Gemstones, was shooting remotely and needed an integrated system that could more efficiently and more securely coordinate departments and gather timesheets. Additionally, the payroll accountant needed a robust digital workflow with which to process all crew documents.

By utilizing our full digital product suite, the customer enabled an integrated, mobile-friendly system that decreased timecard entry edits and ensured crew members were accurately getting paid. This suite included:

• MyCast&Crew empowers crew to store and maintain their personal information, sign up for direct deposit, and retrieve paystubs from anywhere.
• Start+ provides an adaptive platform ensuring proper contracts are obtained for all parties prior to hire.
• Hours+ digitally organizes the influx of timecards from various sources on a weekly basis using auto-coding to reduce turnaround times and tracking filters to help ensure crew members are getting paid on time.
• Studio+ acts as a “digital filing cabinet” used to consolidate a production's integrated payroll files.

• Payroll accountant addressed calculations before checks were cut, significantly decreasing the process time for edits.
• Eliminated potential payroll delays and adjustments, ensuring that the crew was paid correctly and on time.
