Construction has commenced on a 10,000-square-foot soundstage at Oklahoma's Cherokee Nation Owasso film campus. This expansion aligns with Cherokee Film's strategy to position Owasso as a worldwide production center, boost the reservation's film sector, and foster local Native-owned enterprises.

The e-auction, held by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on August 31, featured competing bids from entities like Disney Star and Sony Pictures Network India.
