The entertainment industry is backing a bipartisan bill led by Senator Chris Coons of Delaware to establish the first federal right to one's voice and likeness. Supported by SAG-AFTRA, Disney, and the Recording Industry Association of America, the No Fakes Act seeks to criminalize the creation of AI replicas without consent.

English-Speaking Countries Watching More International Content
Ampere Analysis reports a 24% increase in regular viewing of international movies and TV shows among 18–64-year-olds in key English-speaking countries since 2020. In the U.K., U.S., Australia, and Canada, 54% of internet users now watch non-English content frequently or occasionally, with notable growth among older age groups.

Venu Revealed: Price of Newest Sports Bundle
The Disney-ESPN, Fox Corp., and Warner Bros. Discovery joint venture Venu Sports will launch this fall at $42.99 per month. Though on the higher end, the price reflects the service’s offering of linear feeds from 14 sports networks without needing a full pay-TV subscription.
