“Chris brings exceptional and relevant experience and great expertise to Cast & Crew and we are delighted to have him join the company and our executive team -- especially as it further enhances our commitment to employee engagement and superior client service,” Belcher said. “His technology and B-to-B background is a perfect fit for Cast & Crew and his innovative approach leading HR for world-class, product-focused companies is particularly relevant, given where we are strategically and operationally as a company. We look forward to his contribution across many facets of the company.”

“Cast & Crew is at a period in its growth and development that is particularly interesting and challenging, and I really am delighted to join the team,” Williams said. “The company has a rich tradition of client service and attention to company culture and, even as it incorporates product development into its core mix of activities, there is a firm determination to hold on to those characteristics that define and differentiate it.”
