MyCast&Crew
As of June 7, 2023, the latest update to MyCast&Crew introduces several features to help streamline the direct deposit experience. You can now experience a quicker and more user-friendly process, allowing you to easily access your check copies and download pay stubs and tax documents. Notably, the update includes an improved interface within "My Profile," facilitating a seamless overview of active direct deposit accounts. Furthermore, guardians now have the capability to add a direct deposit account for minors, coupled with the convenience of accessing their minors' paystubs at any time. These enhancements collectively contribute to a more efficient and inclusive user experience.

Start+
As of July 18, 2023, Start+ has unveiled the new "Sending Additional Documents" feature, allowing you to seamlessly send additional documents to existing offers. This enhancement addresses a common challenge where, previously, an entire offer had to be resent by hiring managers if a document was omitted. With this new feature, hiring managers with the necessary permission can efficiently send extra documents without the need for creating entirely new offers. To leverage this time-saving capability, reach out to your Cast & Crew customer success manager or contact the Support team to enable the feature for your project. This functionality proves especially helpful in scenarios where a document was unintentionally omitted from the initial offer packet or when a new form is generated after the crew member accepts the offer. With this feature, hiring managers can easily dispatch the necessary forms through Start+, and once completed, the system will automatically integrate them into the final PDF document under “Offers Documents.
How to use the “Sending Additional Documents” feature:
- In the "Manage Offers" tab, enabled hiring managers can mark the offer by checking the left-side checkbox and use the "Send Documents" button
- Hiring managers choose extra documents, specify recipients among crew members, and include a personalized note in the email notification
- Upon crew member acceptance, the additional documents undergo approval (if applicable) and are then merged into the final PDF
Usage of this feature is available for hiring managers who have permissions enabled, so be sure to request access in future project setups. You can also have it enabled on current projects and for existing users.

Studio+
Studio+’s latest release features a huge update to enhance your document organization experience. With these new sorting capabilities, locating edits, invoices, and other files, it is now more efficient than ever. The introduction of versatile filters allows you to refine their lists based on various criteria such as:
- Name
- Invoice Number
- Category
- Read / Unread status
- Date Created
- Week Ending
Access these filters effortlessly by clicking the double arrow on the top left of any list page. Additionally, you can employ the 'Latest Version' toggle to exclusively view the most recent version of files matching their filter selection. Studio+ now supports multiple filters simultaneously, enabling users to combine filter selections for precise results. You can also select one or more values within a single filter, ensuring comprehensive information display. It's worth noting that filters will only appear on pages with relevant values.
